Frozen Shoulder
Frozen shoulder is the gradual stiffening of the shoulder joint until reaching, lifting, or even sleeping on that side becomes difficult. It tends to build slowly, which makes it easy to ignore until it’s already restricting daily movement.

What a Consultation Looks At
This is generally understood in Ayurveda as vata settling into the joint. Consultations usually focus on localised oil therapies and a realistic movement plan, since frozen shoulder responds slowly and needs consistency more than intensity.
